| A SOLUTION is the vehicle that supplies a working connection between the PROBLEM and the GOAL. It is the plan to take what you have, and turn it into what you want it to be. We currently have a bunch of lemons, and we intend to make the tastiest lemonade ever !!!
A TOP-DOWN approach is usually used in defining one's strategy. This is a fancy way of saying that one first defines what he is trying to accomplish, and then works backwards, figuring out all the steps that need to be taken in order to accomplish this goal. A BOTTOMS UP approach is then used for the implementation of this solution, which again is a fancy way of saying that the steps are completed in the reverse order that they were defined, because each procedure is dependent on the completion of the prior procedure. Make no mistake about it - our goal is to walk around with a complete head of LUXURIOUS-LOOKING HAIR. We have determined that Hair Multiplication is our best chance at the moment to get this hair. In order to use this method, some researcher needs to do his thing so he can deliver a working procedure to us. This requires funding from the big-money-people. These people need to be shown that profit can be made from this new procedure, and in many cases these money-people are also part of the vested-interest in the status-quo. So, in essence, we are asking people to spend money on a product that will kill their current golden goose. Overcoming this inertia is always a tough sale, so we need to do 2 things. Number one, show them that there is a profit potential, and also embarrass them into it. The last thing greedy people want is for their greed to be advertised. The best way to do this is to show them that there is a huge number of people asking and demanding for a real solution to their hairloss - not the mickey-mouse contraptions that they have been willing to give us up until now. We also need to CHOOSE not to spend any more of our hard-earned
money on these current contraptions. No more hair-transplants, and no
more drugs to be In order to get people, we need to spread the word. This can be done by word-of-mouth, by email to acquaintances, through newspaper and magazine ads, by working with the media, getting on television, and whatever suggestions that have yet to be uttered. This is one problem that is shared by countless number
of people, so it may just be one time that the sheer mass of people
can truly demonstrate what If we speak LOUD enough, and LONG enough, |
